Arizona police officers were caught on body camera using disgusting insults on two disabled brothers during a call to their home.
Lake Havasu City officers called David Adams and his brother ‘fucking r****ds’ after they were called to his home to resolve a dispute.
The shocking images emerged after Adams, 25, filed an excessive force lawsuit against police after he was repeatedly Tasered during the incident last year.
Adams was arrested after his brother called 911 trying to evict him. Adams told police when they arrived that the altercation began over an argument over a blanket.
But the situation quickly escalated and culminated in Adams being Tasered at least seven times, even though he was also restrained by officers sitting on top of him.

In video obtained by ABC7, An officer can be heard talking about the brothers as he approaches their home.
“These are those three damn morons that Danielle and I dealt with,” he said.
‘Mom is out of town. That’s why they misbehave… it’s because mom usually keeps them under control. Everyone has special needs, yes.
Later the language becomes even more offensive when a superior arrives at the scene.
‘These are those three brothers who are fucking retired. They’re all like special needs,’ the officer tells him.
Distressing footage shows officers struggling with Adams, who tells them his brother punched him in the face.

One of the officers responds that he started it and they are heard fighting with the distraught man.
As he becomes more agitated, one of the officers says he is going to use his Taser.
The weapon is then heard being used against Adams at close range using the “stun” setting.
A police report says at least one officer also punched him after he refused to comply.
Footage taken after the fight showed Adams suffered around 30 wounds to his torso.
After he was taken to jail, another officer was heard stating that he had “red forces.”
Adams was arrested after his brother called 911 trying to evict him. Adams told police when they arrived that the altercation began over an argument over a blanket.
Adams was later diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, a condition that causes muscle breakdown and that some studies have linked to traumatic events.
“He is still dealing with problems every day due to his physical illnesses from the attack, and he has emotional problems from the attack,” said his mother Cassandra.
“It was just devastating to see and hear what happened to a human being at the hands of the police, and then to have it be a member of your family, let alone your child.”
Adams was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, assault and resisting arrest, which he is now appealing.
An internal investigation by Lake Havasu City police found that officers did not use excessive force and no disciplinary action was taken.

Adams and several family members are now suing the police and several officers for $8.5 million for alleged excessive force, failure to intervene, gross negligence, assault and infliction of emotional distress.
‘This is a situation where you have someone sitting on the ground and several officers on top of that person; No stun gun was necessary,” said Sean Woods, the family’s attorney.
He said officers should have evaluated the situation and not filed criminal charges.
An officer involved has since resigned, but this was “unrelated to the Adams incident,” according to police.
“Due to ongoing litigation, we are unable to discuss specific questions about the case,” they said in a statement.

‘An internal investigation was conducted and revealed that there were no violations of the use of force policy.
‘There was a violation of the Standards of Conduct policy and the officers received a Letter of Advice regarding their language.
‘One of the supervisors was also issued a letter of advice after he was found to have breached his responsibilities to ensure photographs were taken following a use of force incident.
“The entire investigation was submitted to AZ POST for review and no action was taken by AZ POST.
The statement added that the police department “conducts regular training” regarding the use of weapons and firearms.
