A cheating groom-to-be accidentally confessed his infidelity live on the radio two months before his wedding.

The couple were together for five years before the man called off the nuptials, leaving little explanation other than “needing time to think.”

Feeling shocked and confused, the woman did not understand why he was behaving this way and had difficulty communicating with him.

To find out if he had been cheating, radio hosts from Detroit’s Channel 955 called the man and posed as a flower shop offering to deliver a dozen long-stemmed roses for free to any recipient in the U.S.

When asked who he would like to send the gift to, he chose his “girlfriend” instead of his now ex-fiancée.

Everything took a drastic turn when the hosts informed the man that the call was being recorded and revealed that the woman was listening.

“Are you with her right now? Is that where you are?” he asked.

—No, I’m working right now. What’s going on right now? —the man replied, sounding suspicious.

The man hung up and the radio host asked the woman if she thought he had blocked her phone number after he left.

He had never considered that possibility before, but now he thinks it could be the case.

A five-minute clip of the conversation has gone viral on Facebook, with more than six million views.

But opinions were divided, with many saying the man “did her a favor” by canceling the wedding.

“At least she found out BEFORE she got married!” one wrote online.

“He called off the wedding… and stopped you from calling him. There’s definitely more to this story! Let him go and leave him alone,” said another.

“Wait, so she called off the wedding because she wanted to be with someone else? Isn’t that the right thing to do instead of living a lie and getting married?” a third added.

Someone else wrote: ‘The bride-to-be was lucky, she had a narrow escape. I feel sorry for the current bride.’

“I feel sorry for her and it’s a good thing she didn’t marry him. Blessings in disguise,” another added.

Hundreds more people felt sorry for the woman who was deceived.

“It’s so sad. It’s just validation for her to move on… there’s no turning back. It’s obvious this guy is in love with (the girlfriend). It’s like a punch in the stomach. I feel so sorry for her,” one wrote.

“Some people just aren’t marriage material,” another said.
