NRL superstar Reece Walsh has parted with $1.88 million to buy a luxurious eight-bedroom Gold Coast mansion.
The luxurious property also features a stunning covered outdoor pool and a ‘Florida room’, the area of which is fully screened to allow maximum sunlight and is ideal for entertaining guests.
Other notable features of the Federation-style property include an open-plan living and dining room, a stylish kitchen with an island bench and two guest houses.
It comes as the Broncos sensation missed the Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium due to a knee injury, but the 21-year-old has been named at fullback to face the Gold Coast Titans in the south-east Queensland derby on Sunday, May 26.

In March, Walsh reportedly signed a five-year, $5.5 million extension with the Broncos.

Property records show the 1992-built home last sold for $782,000 in 2015.
Walsh, who has a young daughter, joined the Broncos’ NRL team on a development contract in 2021.
After starring in the Queensland Cup for the Norths Devils, he signed a three-year contract with the New Zealand Warriors, starting in 2022.
In July of that year, the Warriors granted the Queensland Origin star an early release to rejoin the Broncos ahead of the 2023 season.
He cited a relationship breakdown and a desire to be closer to his daughter as his reasons for returning to Brisbane.
In March, Walsh reportedly signed a five-year, $5.5 million extension at Red Hill through 2029, but the man himself has yet to confirm the monster deal.
Walsh’s manager is understood to be pushing for a deal worth up to $1.4 million per season, a pay package similar to what Nathan Cleary (Panthers) and Kalyn Ponga (Knights) are said to currently earn.
Walsh’s current contract with Brisbane expires at the end of the 2025 season, leaving him free to hit the open market from November 1, when he will be able to speak freely with rival NRL clubs such as the Roosters.
