LaVergne previously told DailyMail.com that all of her children had agreed to carry out Simpson’s final wishes.

Justin, now 35, is a real estate agent who is married to his blonde wife Alycia Browne, with whom he has two children: the first, Lana Nicole, named after his murdered mother, Nicole Brown.
Simpson’s eldest daughter, Arnelle, 55, also owns a $795,000 home on the same sprawling golf resort.
His other children live on the East Coast: chef Jason, 53, lives in Georgia, while his eldest son, with second wife Nicole, Sydney, now 38, lives in St Petersberg, Florida.

Both families are now expected to file claims against his estate, and LaVergne told DailyMail.com the claims are likely to be accepted, setting up a new court fight.
He faced further legal trouble when he was sentenced to up to 33 years in prison for armed robbery in Nevada in 2008, but was released in 2017.
