A missing teenager who left a note on her pillow saying “this is goodbye for a long time” has been found after a four-day search.

Geneva Hodge, 17, disappeared from her home in Bellville, Texas, early Wednesday after an older man convinced her to run away with him.

Her mother, Frances Schrader, discovered the note hours later and feared she had been kidnapped by human traffickers after Geneva was seen with the man.

Finally, on Sunday morning, he received a call from a stranger who had found Geneva and had obtained Shrader’s number through a flyer.

He drove 63 miles to Spring, Texas, and picked up his daughter, who he said was in good health.

After a frantic four-day search, Geneva Hodge has been reunited with her distraught family.

‘She is fine. “She slept for a while today,” she told DailyMail.com.

‘We just had a prayer at our house and about 50 people showed up with roses.

“I’m so relieved I haven’t smiled since Wednesday. Everyone said I’m glowing today.

“We are so grateful for everyone who shared our story and prayers.”

Schrader said she was still piecing together what happened to her daughter during the four days she was missing.

The teen left a note on her pillow telling her mother, “This will be the last time you’ll hear from me for a long time,” and then left her. Bellville, Texashome sometime Wednesday morning.

She told DailyMail.com that the discovery of the scribbled letter left her “completely heartbroken.”

“I felt like my heart had been ripped out of my chest,” he said.

Schrader shared the note with DailyMail.com and said it was nothing like her daughter, who was excited about her last year of school.

‘Dear mom, I love you very much and I know that if I leave I will kill you. I’m fine! It was no one’s decision but mine,” she said.

‘I’m going to study online and finish everything. I’m with some people I trust a lot.

‘I will always be your little girl. I grew up and became this amazing young woman. Just remember mom, I love you so much!!

Schrader said her daughter was a “good girl” who had never done anything like this before.

Schrader said Geneva factory reset her phone, took out the SIM card, put it in a different case and hid it in a drawer along with other old phones.

Geneva had purchased a new phone case from Five Below during a recent girls’ shopping trip with her brother’s fiancée.

She left without clothes, medication, her asthma inhaler or even a toothbrush, and her debit card had not been used since she disappeared.

Schrader had made an emotional plea in a Facebook post for her daughter to come home.

‘I’m very worried about her. I love my girl. Everyone is worried about you Geneva. Please call mom. I’ll come find you,’ she wrote.

‘I miss you and I love you a lot. You are my girl and I want you to come home.

In a Facebook update, the Bellville Police Department confirmed that Geneva had returned home.
