Hugh Jackman made a surprise confession about the dapper Tom Ford tuxedo he wore to the Met Gala in New York City on Monday.
The Wolverine star, 55, posted a selfie on Instagram of him in the dapper black and white tuxedo hours before attending the event, and revealed that it’s the same one he first wore to the Met Gala in 2004 with his now Estranged wife Deborra. Lee Furness.
‘My original Tom Ford tuxedo. Refurbished and repaired,” he wrote alongside a stunning selfie, before rocking alone at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute.
Hugh’s choice to wear the same tuxedo he initially wore on April 26, 2004 with his then-wife may have raised some fans’ eyebrows.
She paired it with matching dress shoes and put on a brave face as she smiled for the cameras.

Jackman and Furness were regulars at the annual fashion event, having previously attended together six times (in 2004, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2023) where they looked as in love as ever while posing for the cameras.
