The 18-year-old royal, second in line to the Dutch throne behind her sister Princess Catharina-Amalia, joined her parents, Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander, and her two sisters in Emmen.
The annual festivities celebrate the birthday of King Willem-Alexander, who turns 57 today, but it was the young princess who stole the show on Saturday.
Alexia, who was with her sister Amalia, 20, and Ariane, 17, dazzled in a fitted cream dress, which she wore with a burnt orange coat and heels.
The princess wore her brown hair down and slightly curled, while her makeup was on point for the family day in the north of the Netherlands.

Alexia graduated from UWC Atlantic College in South Wales in May last year, and her parents traveled to the prestigious school to celebrate.
The school is often referred to as “Hippie Hogwarts” thanks to its progressive approach to education and its picturesque castle setting, often attended by European royalty.
Queen Maxima was also dressed to impress today, wearing an olive green dress and eye-catching headpiece, which featured a series of delicate butterflies on a band.
The queen also wore a pair of pearl earrings and kept her makeup simple.
The family toured the city, collecting gifts of flowers and greeting spectators who had gathered to wish the royal family well on King’s Day.
Her three daughters were equally elegant, and the eldest, and heir to the Dutch throne, also chose to wear green. Amalia opted for a blue-green tone, also with a floral print.

Meanwhile, her husband, the King, looked dapper in a royal blue suit which he wore with a crisp white shirt and orange tie.
