Lara Trump's music career continues to receive nasty criticism after she released a new single on Monday

RNC co-chair Lara Trump may have to keep her current job after releasing a highly criticized new music video.

Former President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law has made… frequent forays into singing that have been met with harsh criticism, especially from liberals.

The outrage reached a new level after he released “Hero” on Monday, a collaboration with songwriter Madeline Jaymes that pays tribute to firefighters and first responders.

On social media, Trump was ridiculed by liberals and anti-Trump Republicans. Lincoln Project co-founder Rick Wilson said he sounded “like a wild hog and a sack of rusty cans thrown into an industrial wood chipper.”

The song’s lyrics appear to mock taking credit for social media, with Lara Trump singing: “It takes a lot to put yourself last and everyone else first. No, this can’t be about likes. With your heart, they can make gold.”

One social media user wrote: ‘He’s VERY auto-tuned but it’s still clear he’s a b***h who doesn’t need attention and has no talent.’

“What have our eardrums done to deserve this?” asked another.

Both Trump and Jaymes were criticized by one poster who wrote: “Watching Lara Trump and Madeline Jaymes’ Hero music video is like witnessing two AI clones thrown down a flight of stairs desperately trying to harmonize on the way down.”

Actor and That Thing You Do star Ethan Embry added: “It’s not fair to criticise Lara Trump’s new song if you haven’t prepared yourself for the pain of not only actually hearing the computerised tone of her voice, but also watching her mime playing the piano and suffering through the poetry of her ghostwriters’ lyrics.”

Another X user mockingly compared her to people like Yoko Ono, Sanjaya, “cry babies and a pack of wild dogs.”

The RNC co-chair, who is married to Eric Trump, released her first original single in April, calling it, “A little something I had fun with over the winter (and a few more things too that I’m saving for a later date, especially for my HUGE fans in the liberal media).”

The ballad is available on multiple platforms, including Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube, and includes lyrics like “you can’t give up, you gotta know that anything’s possible” and “I’ve had my ups and downs, I’ve cried when no one’s around, I still gotta put my game face on, even when I’m not feeling strong.”

Last September, Trump, 41, released an acoustic version of Tom Petty’s 1989 song “I Won’t Back Down.”

The former president's daughter-in-law and current co-chair of the Republican National Committee has faced harsh criticism, especially from liberals, for her past forays into singing.

At the time, Trump accused Apple Music of banning her from accessing the song without permission during its release, claiming the company was “discriminating” against her by refusing to run an ad with the name “Trump.”

The former television producer said that shortly after the song came out last September, she received a flood of messages from people telling her they couldn’t find it online.

Lara also alleged that she had paid for a billboard in New York City’s Times Square to promote the new song through the media company Clear Channel.

But she said the agency told her just hours before it aired that they did not want to publish it under her full name because “the name Trump is a problem,” which Lara called “discriminatory” and “insulting.”

Both versions of “I Won’t Back Down,” as well as her new single “Anything is Possible,” currently appear when searching for Lara Trump on iTunes, and appear when searching for the song titles.

Trump’s first original song is getting mixed reviews online.

One X user praised it as a “beautiful song” and another called it “really cool.”

But others did not receive the new content so well.

“Then they said, ‘Wait, you don’t sing, do you?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, in the car or at karaoke.'”

“I don’t have any big aspirations to be a singer, but I thought this was a lot of fun. It was a great experience. And it’s a great song. Tom Petty did an amazing job.
