Kmart fans are racing to get their hands on a “must-have” electronic gadget that will keep them cool during the hot Australian summer.
Michael ProvisA British expat living in Newcastle, shared the “amazing” Electronic Facial Mister ($11) that he rated as Kmart’s best buy of 2024.
“If you’re British and you live in Australia in the summer or if it’s hot in general, you’ll love this product,” Michael said in a video.
“This is going to be a game changer for me… and I’ll show you why it will matter when you get in the car.”
Michael added water to the handy, already-loaded contraption and headed out to the driving range to work up a sweat before testing out Kmart’s new atomizer.
The Brit then sprayed a fine mist of cool, revitalising water all over his hot face and couldn’t believe how “amazing” it felt.
“Oh my gosh, it’s not that potent, but my gosh, it’s so refreshing, let me tell you, on a hot summer day this will be on the beach,” she said.
“This is going to be an absolute game changer, let’s go for $11!”
Michael Provis, a Brit living in New South Wales who struggles with the hot Australian summers, called Kmart’s $11 electronic facial steamer a “game changer” and his best Kmart purchase of 2024.
The handy $11 facial mist maker is also great for refreshing skin during flights, and some even add essential oils or perfume instead of water for an extra dose of fragrance.
The popular facial steamer, which can be used to refresh skin and as part of a daily moisturizing regimen, is now selling out at Kmart stores nationwide.
This handy pink device comes with a USB charging port and an easy on/off button that releases a gentle, refreshing mist of hydration.
And fans are rushing to the bargain stores to get their hands on their atomizer before the warmer months, with those who already own one saying they “100 percent recommend” it.
“I never realized I needed this until I saw it. The mist is so fine and refreshing that my daughter stole it to keep cool in the summer, so I’m glad I bought two,” said one.
“It’s hot in the Northern Territory, I’ve just moved from New South Wales. Guess where I’m going tomorrow?” added another.
One woman said this value-for-money vaporizer would be a great buy for people going through menopause or perimenopause, as hot flashes are “no joke.”
Another Kmart fan recommended that others try her trick of filling the atomizer with perfume instead of water for a soft, long-lasting fragrance.
Others said these lightweight, easy-to-carry mini mist sprays are a “must-have item” for travelers: “They’re really good on flights too, they keep you really fresh.”
But some Australians were more impressed with Michael’s ability to leave Kmart having bought just one item, thereby avoiding any tempting impulse buys.
“What incredible willpower,” said one.
