A crazed husband cut out his wife’s heart after allegedly crashing his car into the front of their house when she reported him for raping her.
Police officers found Marcelo Nistarda Antoniassi holding the knife he allegedly used to remove Milena Dantas Bereta Nistarda’s organs after rushing to the crime scene.
In addition to the heart, the victim’s intestines were also cut out.
The 53-year-old victim had only reported her partner to the police four hours earlier and it is believed he went berserk and broke down the front door of her home by crashing into her car before killing her.
The sickening crime occurred in the city of Tupa, 400 miles northwest of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
The police confirmed that Milena had reported her husband at around 9.30 am on Monday and that she was murdered at around 1.30 pm on the same day.

A regional government spokesperson said in a statement: “A 49-year-old man was arrested for murder after being caught red-handed on Monday afternoon in the Vila Abarca neighborhood of Tupa.
‘The victim had requested police protection against the suspect hours before.
‘The man broke into the family home and stabbed the woman, who died at the scene. He tried to flee but was detained.
The sole murder suspect was expected to remain in custody after appearing in court.
Milena’s funeral will take place after an autopsy.
A friend described her in a social media tribute today as “incredible”, adding: “It’s not fair what happened to you.”
Another added: “May God comfort your children.”
