Chelsea duo Enzo Maresca and Cole Palmer won Premier League awards for their performances during September.

Maresca was named Coach of the Month after leading the Blues to wins over Bournemouth, West Ham and Brighton, following a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.

Palmer was announced as the latest Premier League Player of the Month on Friday. The 22-year-old had one assist and five goals during September, including an impressive performance in the 4-2 win against Brighton in which he found the net four times.

Maresca is the first Chelsea manager to win the Premier League Coach of the Month award since Thomas Tuchel in October 2021.

Palmer, meanwhile, has won two Player of the Month awards in 2024, having previously been recognized for his outstanding performances in April.

Palmer received his Player of the Month award for September while on international duty with England.
