They will face the winner of the round of 16 clash between defending champions Switzerland and tournament losers Switzerland.
Switzerland enjoyed a good run in its Group A matches, going undefeated in the group and narrowly missing out on first place to hosts Germany.

If England beats their round of 16 rivals, they will face either Italy or Switzerland.

Semifinal – Austria / Romania / Netherlands / Türkiye
If England manage to beat their quarter-final opponents, they will face one of the following nations in their semi-final on Wednesday 10 July.
Austria, Romania, Slovenia, Netherlands and Turkey are potential opponents for Southgate’s team if they go the distance to reach Dortmund in the semi-final.
Final – Spain / Germany / France / Portugal
Although it seems unlikely that England will reach Euro 2024 if we judge them by their lackluster performances in the group stage.
England could do the unthinkable and reach the final and even lift their first major trophy.
However, unlike their run to the final, their opponents for the final will likely be one of the big four on the other side of the draw.
In the final they could face Spain, Germany, France or Portugal.
