‘That’s my daughter, get her off your phone,’ he said before demanding to see the video and saying ‘that’s disgusting.’
Turns out, this wasn’t the first time Mullholland made an inappropriate video of minors, according to Geisel.
“I see a lot of videos of other people there, other girls there, and that’s when I tried to grab his phone and he instantly, you know, pushed my arm and grabbed it, and that’s when he started walking away,” Geisel said.
“It’s not like he was just recording people, but he’s inappropriately recording her and zooming in on parts of her body.”
Mullholland tried to flee the scene, but Geisel followed him and told him not to move. “You record one more video of an underage girl,” she warned him and told him to “stay away.”

Mullholland tries to leave Target, even telling an employee that he needs help. Geisel announced to surrounding shoppers “these guys make videos of underage girls at Target.”
Police were called, but when Rossford police showed up, they told the furious mother that the sex offender had committed no crime by recording her 16-year-old daughter, according to WTVG.
“There are definitely some concerns there, but unfortunately, that individual was not breaking any laws at the time, and that puts us in kind of a bad situation because we know there’s probably some bad intent, but there’s nothing we can do about it.” . do it legally,” Chief Kitzler said.
Shortly after the confrontation, police stopped Mullholland for a traffic violation and asked him about the incident at Target.
After Geisel’s 16-year-old daughter alerted him to what happened, the furious mother stormed Mullholland and called him in a dramatic moment that was captured on camera.
Bodycam footage revealed the interaction, in which Mullholland dodged questions from authorities and denied taking the video.
He offered to show his phone to the police, but then claimed he couldn’t open it because he forgot his password.
Mullholland was dismissed with only a traffic warning.
According to the Wood County sex offender registry, Mullholland’s crime was “pimping for sexually oriented matters involving minors,” which is a second-degree felony.
His other crime involved the illegal use of a minor in sexually motivated nudity-oriented material – a felony punishable by up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine per illegal image.
Video of Geisel’s confrontation with Mullholland went viral on social media and viewers were outraged by his behavior.
Facebook users commented in support of Geisel, saying, ‘Get it, mama bear!’ and ‘Wow! How sick. Go Monica.’
