Doutzen Kroes suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday in New York and handled the situation professionally.
The Dutch supermodel, 39, was one of many stars to strut the catwalk, despite fans labeling the event “the most boring show ever”.
In a viral video, Kroes walked down the runway while Chappell Roan’s song Femininomenon played throughout the venue.
However, at one point, one of her heels suddenly got stuck in a thin crack in the runway.
Kroes could be seen bending over to take off her shoe, and fellow model Imaan Hammam extended her hand to offer help as she walked by.

Afterwards, the beauty was also seen raising her arms in the air while flashing a cheerful smile towards the nearby audience and receiving loud applause.
The mother-of-two showed off her toned figure wearing a pastel pink bra and a pair of pink and white panties.
She finished the look with a sheer white fishnet skirt and slipped on a pair of open-toe pink strappy heels that contained butterfly embellishments.
Kroes also wore a pair of silver wings behind her back as she joined other models on the runway.
The star opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point and added a pair of chunky white hoop earrings.
Doutzen’s blonde locks were parted down the middle and fell effortlessly over her shoulders in light waves.
Her makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her lashes and a smoky shadow around her eyes.
In a short clip obtained by People, Kroes walked down the runway while Chappell Roan’s song Femininomenon played throughout the venue.

A warm blush was added to better accentuate her cheekbones, while a pink tint was used on her lips for a finishing touch.
Kroes made her first appearance at the Victoria’s Secret show in 2005, when she was 20 years old. It later became Victoria’s Secret from 2008 to 2014.
The supermodel was last seen on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show a decade earlier, in 2014.
During an interview with Page six Ahead of Tuesday’s fashion event, Doutzen spoke about her comeback.
‘It’s incredible. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years. I had to look it up! Where did the time go? she expressed to the medium.
“Now I’m 39 years old and I get wrinkles here and there,” Kroes said, adding that she is focused on “accepting aging.”
‘I gave up the fight! I want to see beauty in everything. Self-development, self-care and self-love…it sounds very cliché, but I truly believe that is what beauty shows. Be happy with who you are.’

Ten years after her last appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Doutzen told the publication that she is a “different person” after “many years of self-reflection.”
‘I have learned that work is not who I am. I’m not my job. Everything I get to do in my job is a plus and I really enjoy it.”
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned on Tuesday, with the last show taking place in 2018.
In addition to Doutzen, others who walked the runway included Tyra Banks, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, Barbara Palvin, Imaan Hammam, Ashley Graham, Alaato Jazyper, Xu Wei and transgender models Valentina Sampaio and Alex Cosani.
Blackpink’s Cher, Tyla and Lisa took the stage as musical guests, becoming the first all-female lineup in the brand’s history.
Fans had the opportunity to stream the event live on YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. However, social media users soon criticized the show as “boring” after a “woke” return.
