Cassie, 38, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, stepped out in New York City on Thursday in chic yoga pants, a sports top and sunglasses, sporting a huge smile on her face as she waved to fans.
This comes nearly a year after Cassie settled a blistering lawsuit with Diddy in November, the day after she filed it, in which she accused the mogul of subjecting her to physical and sexual abuse during their decade-long relationship.
In May, horrific leaked CCTV footage emerged showing him beating her in a hotel hallway in 2016.
Her claims sparked a wave of other accusations from Diddy’s alleged victims, ultimately leading New York prosecutors to indict the disgraced producer this week on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Cassie’s lawsuit has prompted at least nine other people to file similar civil suits, which confidential sources warn could see Diddy’s $400 million fortune evaporate as he faces a lengthy prison sentence.
The Me & U singer dated Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, on and off for more than a decade until they split for good in 2018.
She then married fitness trainer Alex Fine in 2019, and the couple now have two young daughters together, named Sunny and Frankie.
While she put on a jovial demeanor Thursday as she stepped out in public for the first time since Diddy’s arrest, Cassie remained noticeably silent as the spotlight fell on her ex.
In a statement to DailyMail.com after the allegation was made public this week, Douglas Wigdor, Cassie’s attorney, said: “Neither Ms Ventura nor I have any comment.”
Cassie dated Diddy for over a decade until they split in 2018.

Cassie’s appearance on the streets of New York City comes three days after Diddy was arrested in an overnight arrest by federal authorities at a Manhattan hotel.
Authorities unsealed the indictment against him on Tuesday, accusing the producer of extortion, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
He pleaded not guilty at a bail hearing where his legal team unsuccessfully attempted to secure his release by offering the court a $50 million bail package.
The package included offering his $48 million Miami mansion and his mother’s $2 million apartment as collateral, but a judge rejected the offer, citing the serious crimes of which Diddy is accused.
At the heart of the allegations against Diddy are so-called ‘freak off’ sessions, in which the rapper allegedly forced and drugged women into long sexual marathons.
