The AFL legend has spoken openly about why he sold his brothel in Melbourne’s south-east, as the property goes on the market with a price tag of $2.2 million.
Capper gave Daily Mail Australia an exclusive tour of the establishment in 2023, after purchasing Westminster Secrets in Oakleigh, Melbourne, for “six figures” and completely renovating the interiors.
The larrikin explained that he bought the brothel because of its connection to his childhood.
‘I grew up here. The house is only a kilometer away. “It’s like I’m at home,” she said.

He wasted no time and renovated the seven-year-old establishment once he had it in his hands.
Spending ‘a couple hundred’ grand on renovations, Capper retiled and painted every inch of the six-bedroom building.
In April, Capper decided to sell his stake in the business so he could focus on his other interests.
“I’ve had enough, I’ve got a lot of other things going on,” he told the Herald Sun.
One of these projects, if rumors are to be believed, is a Netflix show documenting his unique life.
The brothel, now called Cherry Tree Garden, has a three-year lease at that address and may be extended later.
