Celebrity Big Brother housemates are set to nominate face-to-face ahead of a double eviction – and viewers have revealed they are worried about how well one celebrity will fare.
Presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best revealed the news of the upcoming eviction on Late and Live following Lauren Simon’s eviction and Sharon Osbourne’s exit.
After debriefing the former housemates about their time inside, Will announced that there would be face-to-face nominations on Wednesday.
Additionally, the nominations will take place in what AJ described as the ‘kissing booth’ – where each housemate must give another the kiss of death.
Upon hearing the news of face-to-face nominations, viewers were worried that Colson would struggle after crying during a game of “who’s who” during the live stream.
Celebrity Big Brother housemates are set to nominate face-to-face ahead of a double eviction, it was revealed on Late and Live on Tuesday
Upon hearing the news of face-to-face nominations, some viewers were worried that Colson would struggle after crying during a game of “who’s who” during the live stream
On Late and Live, Will said: ‘Well we can reveal the housemates are going to nominate tomorrow, right back at it and there’s a twist.’
AJ added: ‘Yes there absolutely is. These are face to face nominations. Not only that, but they will take place in the kissing booth.’
People seemed to get pretty confused by the reference to a kissing booth and didn’t understand at first that this meant the kiss would be for whoever you nominated.
Viewers were quick to share their reaction to the threat of face-to-face nominations and a double eviction – with many taking aim at Louis Walsh.
“Unpopular opinion I guess, but I hate face to face noms,” said one person on X, formerly Twitter. ‘People think it creates tension, but for me it takes it away. When you know who’s voting for who, it removes the suspicion.’
Another said: ‘Face to face noms is that it? Oh another chance for Louis to call Fern old and boring. Which is ironic as he is 5 years older and she looks much younger.’
“I’ll be very intrigued to see if Louis has the balls to nominate Fern during the face to face noms tomorrow,” said a third.
Others were worried how Colson would manage to nominate face-to-face – after Big Brother challenged the house during the live stream to play a game called ‘who’s who’.

Celebrity Big Brothers Lauren Simon was the second housemate to be evicted from the ITV series on Tuesday after receiving the fewest votes from the public
Colson was reported to have cried after Levi Roots called him the most boring.
One viewer said on X: ‘I don’t think Colson is crying just because Levi called him boring, I think it’s more to do with the fact that he feels very guilty about saying that Louis is the biggest player.
“I don’t think he will handle tomorrow’s face-to-face nominations very well.”
While another wrote: ‘Jeez, if this is how they react to a few questions in a game, imagine how they’ll react tomorrow when they nominate face to face… It’s going to be chaos!’
“Colson is going to feel so bad about being nominated face to face I need everyone to reassure him it’s okay :(,” said a third.
Lauren Simon was the second housemate to be evicted from the ITV series on Tuesday, with Sharon Osbourne also ending her stay on the show.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 51, faced the boot after being put up for eviction alongside Louis Walsh and Fern Britton by their housemates.
After it went to a public vote, Big Brother told Lauren that her time on the show was over.
Meanwhile, others worried how Colson would fare in a head-to-head nomination
Lauren wasn’t the only celebrity to leave as celebrity lodger Sharon also left the ITV show and was joined by daughter Kelly
She said as she walked out: ‘I feel overwhelmed, I had the most amazing time.’
Sharon, meanwhile, finished her one-week stint in the Big Brother house as a celebrity lodger and became emotional as she was met with cheers from the audience.
Before leaving Big Brother, Sharon was asked who made the best impression on her, she said: ‘Nikita has made a final impression because he’s beautiful inside and out’.
She added: ‘Levi he has something I’m looking for and he’s at peace with the world and he’s a really good guy and I hope his daughters call him.’
As Sharon left the house, she was met by her daughter Kelly.
Sharon joined the cast as Big Brother’s ‘lodger’, living in her own accommodation complete with private toilet and has spent a total of eight days in the TV house.
She had previously revealed she could only stay on the ITV series for a short period due to the need to return to husband Ozzy Osbourne, 75, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.
Celebrity Big Brother star Louis Walsh hasn’t held back on his opinions about his fellow celebrities in the outside world during his time in the ITV house
And Tuesday night’s episode was no different for the music manager, who laid into his former act Jedward in another scathing rant.
The ‘original reality star’ has been vocal about her opinions since starring on the show, making scathing remarks at the likes of singer Adele and former talk show host James Corden.
But many fans thought Louis would have been voted out after receiving a chorus of boos from the waiting crowd outside the house.
Elsewhere on Tuesday night, Louis laid into his former act Jedward in another scathing rant.
The former X Factor star, 71, branded the singing double act, whose real names are John and Edward Grimes, ‘mean’ when asked what he thought of them.
Louis was asked his opinion of the Irish stars after managing them for four years between 2009 and 2013, after shooting to stardom on The X Factor.
Colson Smith asked Louis: ‘How was Jedward?’
