The body of a man was discovered in the car park of the Westfield shopping center in Melbourne’s south-east.
A member of the public found the body in Southland, Cheltenham, at 5.30am. on Thursday.
The area has been cordoned off and a crime scene has been established.
Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
