A group focused on exposing the liberal bias of government officials plans to release this summer a list of names of those who might be hostile to Donald Trump’s border agenda.
The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) received a $100,000 grant from the conservative Heritage Foundation in May to investigate the backgrounds, social media posts and comments of high-ranking government employees.
Tom Jones, an experienced political operative and former Republican Hill adviser, is leading the AAF in creating the database of “bureaucrats” the organization believes “may obstruct the efforts of any future president.”
The objective of AAF Sovereignty 2025 Project is to post online a list of 100 government workers by the end of the summer that a new administration could consider for reassignments or layoffs.
Former President Trump has vowed to launch a wrecking ball into the so-called deep state bureaucracy if he wins a second term in 2024, and his likely slates like this could provide a roadmap.

“Americans watched as deep state bureaucrats did everything they could to obstruct Donald Trump’s agenda during his presidency, and we must ensure that never happens again to any future conservative president,” Jones said in a statement provided to DailyMail. com.
Specifically, the group is focused on exposing those in the Department of Homeland Security and other related agencies who could serve as obstacles to addressing the southern border crisis.
“For now we are analyzing people involved with immigration, mainly in DHS, but also in other agencies,” said the AAF president.
He added: “We are looking at the Department of Homeland Security because they have a large number of rotten bureaucrats.”
The border remains a priority for right-wing voters heading into November, and Republicans are looking to capitalize on this ahead of the presidential election.
Since President Joe Biden took office, nearly 8 million migrants have been caught illegally crossing the southern border. Biden reversed nearly all of Trump’s policies on illegal immigration when he took office in January 2021, and his implementation of looser borders led to the impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in the House of Representatives.
Jones and his group rely on tips from conservative contacts, including government workers, to vet left-wing employees.
The effort focuses on career officials who are not appointed by partisan administrations but who are fixed elements within the government and often transcend changes in presidencies.
The decision to post the findings online in a kind of Republican blacklist alarms some who feel it is a form of doxing that pro-Trump zealots can use to attack government employees with liberal biases.

The published list of 100 names to be released later this summer could serve as a roadmap for a future Trump administration regarding layoffs and reassignments.

Simon’s union supports President Joe Biden’s re-election effort.
Conservatives have long felt that the federal workforce has grown too large and often exceeds its authority.
This concern only increased during the Trump administration when multiple agencies and their highest officials came under attack. Specifically, the Justice Department and the FBI came under scrutiny for launching investigations that many claimed were a personal vendetta against the former president.
“The AAF team is made up of campaign staff who use traditional opposition research tools to educate the public about senior government leaders, and the same tools we have been using to expose Biden’s cronies,” he detailed. Jones.
