A jeweler has offered a six-carat diamond ring to anyone who buys his five-bedroom house.
Nashwa Ahmed, owner of Blackbox Jewellers, thought the $30,000 incentive on offer at the top of her home in Canning Vale, south of Perth, would be something interesting to offer.
The ring is from Ms Ahmed’s jewellery chain, which has four stores in Western Australia and one in Victoria.
Offers are being sought on the property until Sept. 24, and listing agent Christy Sajan described the offer in a seller’s market as “particularly generous.”
Ms Ahmed bought the house for $525,000 in 2015, located near one of her “high-performing” stores.
According to On the House, similar homes in Canning Vale recently sold for just over $1 million.
The jeweler said she saw the gift as a way to give back to the community that “has been so good” to her and said she was “very excited to offer this.”
“It’s a way to spread good luck… You could say Perth adopted me and I’m very grateful for that,” she said. Western Australia.
