Alex Jones brought her son Teddy, seven, to work with her at BBC Broadcasting House on Tuesday after battling “mom guilt”.
The One Show star, 47, shared an adorable Instagram reel with her 400,000 followers, showing the youngster around the studio.
She candidly wrote in the caption: ‘I took Ted to work yesterday. You’ve been asking for a long time and I think it’s important that you can imagine where I am at night because I’m not there to go to sleep very often.
Alex added: “Mum guilt is very real, but yesterday was special.”
The presenter shares Teddy and her youngest children, Kit, five, and Annie, three, with her husband Charlie Thomson, whom she married in 2015.

Alex then showed off the items she was giving away, including a fluffy hat, and then pulled out a party box.
When the presenter took on the grueling task of packing, she candidly admitted: ‘I don’t even know it myself. For the first time in my life I don’t know where my things are.
