A single woman has earned a place in the viral hall of fame after announcing over an airplane loudspeaker her desire to find a rich husband.
Karolina Geits was on board a flight from Miami to New York when she had the brilliant idea of calling potential suitors and decided to enlist the help of a flight attendant to carry out her somewhat brazen plan.
The 29-year-old admits she’s not a fan of dating apps because she prefers to meet people in person, and decided that a mile-high plane was as good a place as any to look for a potential love partner.

She says the idea first occurred to her when she was carrying a QR code on her suitcase and decided to try it on her flight.
Karolina added: ‘To be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of dating apps.
‘I prefer to meet people in person, as I feel this creates more genuine connections.
‘I will not deny that a rich husband is something I desire. It’s not because he’s materialistic or superficial,” he said.
