In a YouTube video, Samantha revealed that she is now 16 for the first time since high school.
He said the way he felt about his life changed when he turned 25.
‘When I turned 25, for some So the rest of my life was put into perspective. “I realized that I didn’t want to live like this for the rest of my 20s,” he explained.
After going through a significant period of binge eating, he gained 30 pounds in the span of two months and couldn’t even scratch his back due to his weight. That’s when he realized he needed a change.
Despite trying to lose weight in the past, she has had no luck as she struggles with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which makes it “more difficult to lose weight.”
She decided to embark on her weight loss journey because she felt “disgusting in her own skin,” “hated existing,” and felt “physically” uncomfortable.
Samantha started taking Zepbound, which she describes as “just a tool.”

The influencer explained: ‘It helps me a lot with my cravings and I can eat smaller portions.
‘I no longer sit and think about food 24/7.
‘For my entire adult life and perhaps a portion of my adolescence, my world has revolved around food.
‘I used to think it was a primal thing, obviously yes, I still think about food, sometimes that’s normal, when you’re hungry you’re going to think about food.
“But I woke up thinking about food, while I was thinking about my breakfast, I was thinking about my lunch and my dinner and every moment of the day was taken up by food and that was something I thought everyone dealt with and had.
‘I just thought other people were better than me at controlling it. I had no idea how quiet your mind could be without the noise of food, that’s one of the biggest things this medication has fixed for me and freed me from is the noise of food.’
Samantha explained that after losing weight, she was still trying to refocus on herself and her relationship with food.
She explained that although she didn’t follow a strict diet, she made sure to eat more “intuitively.”
‘I feel like I can eat what I want and not obsess over food and my next meal. “I’m really focusing on healing my relationship with food,” she said.

Since losing weight, she hasn’t had migraines and has had regular periods again.
Samantha also shared that she could now shower without any pain.
He added: “Washing in the shower has become a lot easier.”
Samantha said losing weight had helped her relationships with other people, but she labeled it a “negative” aspect of her weight loss.
“People are starting to be nicer to me, this is something I’ve noticed,” he said.
“I don’t think we should treat people differently based on their weight and start seeing the difference in the way people talk about me, leave comments about me.”
She also revealed that her engagement on TikTok and Instagram has “skyrocketed” since she lost weight.
