Kyle Sandilands has revealed his wife Tegan’s aunt was one of the stabbed victims in the Bondi Junction knife attack.
The radio host, 52, revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O show on Monday that the family member named Yvonne was stabbed in the shoulder near the Chanel boutique.
‘He [Bondi Beach lifeguard Andy Reid] “He said he could see our family member who was stabbed lying on the ground,” Kyle explained.
Andy had been inside Myer and the shutters were closed when he saw Yvonne lying on the floor.
Without hesitation, the brave father of three asked to be let out so he could go and provide first aid.

“He told them to let him out of Myer because if he doesn’t get to her, she’ll die,” Kyle continued.
“So they let him out and he ran for help until the paramedics arrived.”
Police were called to Westfield shopping center in Sydney’s Bondi Junction after reports a man with a knife was stabbing shoppers at 3.30pm on Saturday.
Witnesses say knifeman Joel Cauchi chased and slashed shoppers as he went on a wild rampage, killing six and injuring seven, including a baby.
Finally, the police shot him dead.

Among the dead was Ash Good, a 38-year-old Sydney mother, who threw her injured nine-month-old baby at a passerby in an attempt to save his life.
The baby is undergoing surgery and it is believed that the two were the first to be attacked by the attacker.
A heroic police officer, New South Wales Police Inspector Amy Scott, confronted and shot Cauchi dead during his rampage.
