The actress, 35, looked in good spirits as she showed off her natural beauty and wore a pair of large black sunglasses.
During the first season, fans of the show saw Emily’s career take off when Brigitte shared her post on social media.
The episode shows the marketing executive as she struggles to fit in at the company while working on a campaign for Vaga-Jeune.
Discovering that the French word for vagina, le vagin, is masculine, Emily shares her disappointment online and the first lady eventually reposted the post.
Italian-French singer Carla Bruni had sent the meme to Brigitte, and the first lady later shared the post on her own feed, although we only see the back of her head.
The attention later causes a frenzy in Emily’s office and helps secure her position within the office.
Brigitte’s appearance on set comes after Lily revealed she was a big fan of the show.
During an interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in December 2022, Lily explained that while she had not met the president, she had met his wife.
When asked if she had met Emmanuel Macron, Lily said no, but that his wife was a fan of the Netflix hit.
Staying comfortable, the Emily In Paris star rocked a pair of beige sneakers and carried her belongings in a clutch.
She wore her long dark tresses in a high bun as she was seen taking a break from filming the fourth season of her hit Netflix show, in which she plays Emily.
Earlier this week, a VIP guest joined Emily on set as they filmed a scene together for the fourth season, whose release date has yet to be announced (Pictured here is Lily in character in 2022).
Lily was joined by French first lady Brigitte Macron (pictured right with her husband, French President Emmanuel Macron, in 2022).
‘I have met your lovely wife. In fact, she’s a big fan of the show,” she said of Brigitte.
Production on the popular Netflix romantic comedy, which features tons of enviable fashions, began in January, a year after its third season finale ended on a major cliffhanger.
The streamer has yet to announce when the fourth season will be released, but Lily gave some hints about what will happen in a puzzle released on YouTube.
“It’s safe to say we ended on a dramatic note last season,” he said, referring to the cliffhanger ending in which Lucas Bravo’s Gabriel was left at the altar by Camille Razat’s Camille, only to discover that Gabriel will soon become a father.
Emily and Gabriel have been caught in a will-they-or-won’t-they tug-of-war since season one.
The star gave some clues about what the future holds for the Paris-based American marketing executive.
“We have more fun, more fashion and of course more drama for all of you,” he said.
“Emily will have to decide if everything she ever wanted is really what she needs.”
“And while Emily’s heart will always remain true to Paris,” he explained, “her life takes some unexpected turns this season.” Don’t be surprised if you find her on vacation in Rome.
