Two popular home delivery services have joined forces in a move expected to benefit Australian shoppers.
Online bottle shop Jimmy Brings will join the MILKRUN app, increasing the number of alcoholic products to more than 2,000 on the fast home delivery service.
The liquor delivery service has been available to customers on the app since last week, but will be fully integrated into MILKRUN starting November 28.
Australians will be able to purchase more than 10,000 items and receive their order in less than an hour.
The shipping fee will also be reduced from $8.95 to $5.
The partnership also means Jimmy Brings will become the exclusive supplier of beer, wine and spirits to MILKRUN, which is part of the Woolworths group.
MILKRUN co-CEO David Berger told Daily Mail Australia the company is “focused” on giving its customers what they want.
“By combining MILKRUN’s extensive grocery selection with Jimmy Brings’ wide range of alcoholic beverages, we will create a one-stop shop for all of our customers’ daily needs,” he said.

MILKRUN orders are processed at Woolworths stores nationwide.
Shoppers can track their deliveries in real time and Everyday Rewards members can also earn points for purchases.
EndeavorX director Steve Cuda told Daily Mail Australia that the company, which owns Jimmy Brings, is “pleased” to partner with MILKRUN “as the exclusive home of the Jimmy Brings brand.”
“This next phase of Jimmy Brings will streamline our ultra-convenience e-commerce operating model,” he said.
“And allow us to continue to grow the brand in a way that aligns with how customers want to transact.”

MILKRUN operates in 500 Australian suburbs in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Perth and Melbourne.
It also operates in New Zealand in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin and Wellington.
Customers must show their ID to the delivery driver to purchase alcohol.
Shoppers can also choose to block alcohol products in their app.
Jimmy Brings was founded in 2012 by Nathan Besser and David Berger, who sold the popular business in 2017 to Endeavor Group, which was then part of Woolworths Group.
Thanks to the partnership, more than 2,000 alcohol products will be available to buyers in the MILKRUN app (pictured, MILKRUN app stock).
Jimmy Brings has served over 80 per cent of the Australian population.
The co-founders joined Woolworths Group in 2021 to launch Metro60, Woolworths’ express delivery service.
But when Woolworths Group bought MILKRUN, Metro60 services were renamed MILKRUN in 2023.
To celebrate Jimmy Brings joining MILKRUN, 50 $100 vouchers can be won via MILKRUN Instagram Page.
