A Melbourne socialite has slammed rumours about why she recently underwent a nose job.
Former My Kitchen Rules star Zana Pali, who lives in Bec Judd’s posh Brighton suburb, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to respond to claims that her recent nose job to correct a deviated septum was purely cosmetic.
In a photo she shared, Pali showed off her clearly deviated septum as she explained how scared she was of getting corrective surgery.
“So this was my lovely deviated septum,” she captioned the image.
‘My doctor kept telling me I needed surgery to fix it, however, I’m too scared to do anything medical.
‘Fml. I got to a point where my breathing was really difficult at night… so I said ‘okay, I’ll fix it.’
Pali continued: ‘The surgery went well, although it took longer than expected because I had a very bad internal fracture. Oops. On football days, Zana wasn’t scared at all… I got some elbows and headbutts to the face.’
She then shared a second shocking image of herself after surgery which showed her with a bandage and a bloody nose.

“They are beautiful boys,” she wrote alongside the image. “I think I would rather have a broken nose. I couldn’t breathe when I was sleeping but that’s okay.”
She then shared a screenshot showing a brief exchange with a follower in the replies who cruelly stated: “Haha. Just admit you’re getting a nose job. No big deal.”
Pali replied: “Why would I get a nose job when my nose is so great? Are you normal?” to which the troll bravely replied: “Your nose is a bit wide and you could make it thinner.”
Pali captioned the exchange and didn’t mince words: “People like this. Fuck them. I have no problem saying I got a nose job if I wanted to.”

“It’s not okay to belittle another woman’s appearance. I’m sick of women belittling other women,” she added.
A fourth image showed Pali recovering in his hospital bed holding an order of hot fries.
“I had a deviated septum. They told me my nose was dislocated and shattered,” she said.
‘Everything is fine now the recovery process begins thanks for all your beautiful messages.’

The couple’s gorgeous Brighton mansion recently went on the market for the second time in just six months.
“It’s not okay to belittle another woman’s appearance. I’m sick of women belittling other women,” she continued.
Deviated septum. I was told my nose was dislocated and “shattered.” All good, now the recovery process begins. Thank you for all the beautiful messages from you guys, she shared in another picture.
Pali and Romano first listed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom property in January with an exorbitant price tag of $11 million to $12 million.
After the resort-style apartment remained on the market for more than three months, the couple removed the property from the listing.
The couple have reportedly put the property back up for auction with a guide price of $9.5 million and $10.395 million, a reduction of $1 million.
