The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra (7/10, WIRED Review) can cost up to $3,000 if you opt for the Intel Core Ultra 9 processor. That’s pricey, but if you’re okay with the less powerful but still good Core Ultra 7, you can save in the Galaxy Book4 line. There are a few quirks with this laptop: our reviewer didn’t love the trackpad, and the machine takes a long time to boot up. But it has fantastic performance, a huge screen, and excellent battery life.
We see deals on The Frame quite frequently. The 55-inch version is often discounted, but is not currently on sale; however, almost all other sizes are. You can save up to $1,000 depending on the dimensions you choose. Samsung’s Frame looks like a work of art when you’re not watching a movie or show. The Samsung S95C QD-OLED TV (8/10, WIRED recommended) was one of the best TVs we tested last year. The quantum dot technology combined with the OLED behind the screen means you’ll get great black levels and gorgeous colours, plus the screen gets very bright – it’ll look good in any room. Just keep in mind that the TV is very thin, so you may need help mounting it.
Smartphone deals
Samsung launched its flagship Samsung Galaxy S24 line (8/10, WIRED recommends) in January. We’ve seen this phone drop to $700 before, but $724 is still a good deal. The S24 series has excellent performance, a day’s battery life (if not more), and impressive displays. The design is a bit boring, but you can snag the phones in stylish colors. This basic model will serve most people perfectly. Be sure to protect your new purchase with one of our favorite S24 cases.
This deal drops the price of the S24+ by an additional $50 compared to the deal we saw a few months ago. The Galaxy S24+ has a larger 6.7-inch screen than the 6.2-inch screen on the base S24 model. We don’t see many good deals on these headphones, but now Amazon has them on sale for around $150 in the black and white version. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro (9/10, WIRED recommended) offer excellent sound and noise cancellation, as well as a comfortable fit and high-quality hands-free calling. They are some of the best headphones on the market.
