Universal is in talks with ministers over tax incentives as it looks to build a multi-million pound resort in Bedford.
The US company, owned by Comcast, has acquired 500 acres of land in the UK as a possible location for Europe’s largest theme park.
But Universal is now in talks with officials over tax and infrastructure deals that could make or break a site, the Financial Times reported.
