In the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis Kelce recapped his latest outing to Las Vegas, months after winning Super Bowl LVIII in the same city.
Kelce was in town with his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, for a gala and charity golf outing benefiting his ’15 and the Mahomes Foundation.
“Back to the scene of the crime,” Travis said, laughing as he referred to the Super Bowl his Chiefs team had just won.
“It’s always fun to do something exciting and bring everyone together for a great cause, man.” 15 and the Mahomies, what Pat and Brittany Mahomes do for the Kansas City community, in their hometown community back in Texas.
“It’s just amazing to see how much money they can raise and how much support he gets everywhere he goes because of what a great person he is.”

“It was amazing to see many other familiar faces like [Andrew] Whitworth, Joe Haydn, Chandler Parsons, I mean, it was a team of studs this year. Rob Riggle was having a great time, Eric Stonestreet, whatever, man. We had a lot of really cool cats.
“I got to see JJ Watt for a moment, shook his hand and told him we had to get on the ice. We gotta get the guys on the ice, man. So hopefully the Kelces and Watts can team up and have some fun slamming the puck around a bit.
‘It’s always fun when you find someone like Pat who can touch so many different lives.
“And he’s so relatable and does things the right way that you know the money will really change some lives.”
Travis also said he won the charity golf tournament, which led to videos of him drinking beer from a trophy. “I don’t lose in Vegas, Jason,” Travis told his brother.
When asked what his handicap is, Travis estimates it’s “probably a 7 or 8” and getting better each offseason.
After the golf outing came the gala, where Mahomes and Kelce even played football indoors.
“Luckily you caught this problem single-handed right here, because that could have taken down a nice old lady,” Jason commented. “He put some pressure on it being an inside shot, he had faith in you.”
“It’s not easy to pitch in a dress shirt,” Travis joked.
He didn’t mention that Swift was present, but he managed to convince the pop superstar to put four tickets to an Era Tour show up for auction.
Kelce is clearly in love with his ‘partner’ (as he put it), with a video showing him kissing her on the shoulder.
