A plus-size travel influencer known for asking for free extra plane seats for obese travelers has launched a new lawsuit.

Jae’lynn Chaney, 27, posted a TikTok video from Hawaii where she said all pools should have handrails to ensure inclusivity.

“Accessibility is not optional,” a voiceover says over the clip as Jae’lynn is seen entering and exiting a pool in a bikini, aided by a railing.

He added: ‘Without handrails, we are excluding many people from enjoying pools safely.

“It’s time to ensure everyone can swim with confidence… Demand accessibility for all.”

The influencer’s TikTok video has been viewed more than 45,000 times.

However, due to previous backlash, Jae’lynn has since disabled comments on her social media accounts, where she has hundreds of thousands of followers.

Jae’lynn, who has said she was tasked by God to advocate for fat people, often uses her social media to spread the word about the alleged discrimination she says she faces as a plus-size person, most often at airports.

Her latest antics include getting stuck in a revolving door at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. She also criticized a staff member at Seattle-Tacoma Airport for refusing to push her up a ramp in a wheelchair, even though she can walk.

It had previously caused a stir by requiring extra seats for obese passengers at no extra cost.

Jae’lynn has also argued that ride-sharing companies like Uber and Lyft should require their drivers to make seatbelt extenders available for larger passengers.

“Every time I use a ride-sharing service, I am forced to travel without a seatbelt because there are no extensions available. This is a common problem for many plus-size people,” she wrote in the caption of the video.

He added: “This is not only inconvenient, but also unsafe. It should be mandatory for ride-sharing services to provide at least one seat belt extender per vehicle.”

One of her most recent problems occurred at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, where she got stuck in a revolving door and said staff did nothing to help her.

Despite not needing a wheelchair due to day-to-day mobility issues, Jae’lynn was being pushed through the airport in one when she claimed she became trapped.

Her video detailing the incident does not actually show her trapped in the revolving door.

Jae’lynn is in a polyamorous relationship with her husband.

Her weight hasn’t stopped her from finding a partner. In a recent video, she said that the same “gym addicts” who harass her on TikTok have also propositioned her on Tinder.

Due to the previous backlash, Jae'lynn has disabled comments on her social media accounts, where she has hundreds of thousands of followers.

The influencer’s petition calling on the FAA to force airlines to provide free seats to obese travelers has surpassed 39,000 followers.

Jae’lynn wrote: Air travel should be comfortable and accessible for everyone, regardless of size. As plus-size travelers, my partner and I have unfortunately experienced discrimination and discomfort when flying.

‘The FAA should require all airlines to have a comprehensive midsize customer policy that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of ALL passengers.

‘This policy should have clear and inclusive guidelines on how to accommodate plus-size customers, including plus-size people, people with disabilities, tall people, and anyone who needs more space to be comfortable while flying.’

The petition adds: “Airlines should offer a refund to large customers who purchase additional seats independently. This should be a simple process that can be accessed online or through customer service.”
