Homeless Tori Spelling is on the move again, but not before trashing her latest $15,000-a-month rental home on the way out.
Neighbors were outraged by the mess the Beverly Hills 90210 alum left in her wake after she moved out of the 3,000-square-foot, two-story, five-bedroom, three-bath contemporary home with a pool and spa she had rented for seven months. in the exclusive Los Angeles suburb of Woodland Hills.
The converted rental home was fully furnished when Spelling and her five children, Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, seven, moved in earlier this year.
But today, exclusive photographs from DailyMail.com show piles of discarded furniture, cushions and other household items from the property strewn across the otherwise well-kept residential street.
Exclusive DailyMail.com photos reveal the mess Tori Spelling left in her wake after moving out of her $15,000-a-month rental property in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.
Piles of discarded furniture, cushions and other household items from the house were scattered outside on an otherwise well-kept residential street.
It was revealed that Spelling, 51, moved into the rental property with her five children earlier this year, months after hopping from place to place.
Some of the furniture, such as a taupe sectional sofa that had appeared in real estate images of the property, can now be seen broken and dirty on the street, ready to be picked up by waste management.
There are also pet carriers, a random DVD video, kids’ toys, and more.
And the scenes inside the house are not much better, according to neighborhood sources.
“Let’s just say I doubt you’ll get your security deposit back,” one neighbor told DailyMail.com.
‘The smell of urine is everywhere, on the sofa cushions and inside the house. There are marks all over the walls, who knows what.
‘It’s completely destroyed. Just look at the big dumpster they had to bring. He has filled out several times since she moved in on June 1st.
Tori, 51, has a menagerie of pets who her ex-husband Dean McDermott blamed for straining their nearly two-decade marriage, even making them sleep in separate rooms, in an interview with DailyMail.com last year.
Some of the home’s furniture, such as a taupe sectional sofa that had appeared in previous real estate images of the property, can now be seen broken and dirty on the street, ready to be picked up by waste management.
Also left behind were pet carriers (for one of Spelling’s various animals), a random DVD video, children’s toys, and more.
Several black trash bags that were also thrown out during the move can be seen littering the driveway of the home.
According to neighborhood sources, the scenes inside the house are not much better than those outside.
‘(They were) sleeping in the bedroom and in the bed. There was the pig. There is a chicken that lived in the bathroom and several dogs. And we all know that dogs have accidents and our dogs in particular had a lot of accidents,” McDermott said at the time.
“And I just couldn’t stand that anymore.”
As DailyMail.com reported in February, Tori moved into the Woodland Hills rental with a required deposit of $7,500.
“I’d be surprised if that covered all the damage,” said Tori’s former neighbor. ‘It would cost at least that amount just to replace the two sofas. And look at all the workers here trying to get everything back to the way it was before she moved in.
The latest listing for this home says it is now available for $16,950 a month, an increase of almost $2,000.
Tori was reportedly desperate to get out of her previous $18,000-a-month rental home in Tarzana after a SWAT team arrived at her neighbor’s house when someone at the location was seen brandishing a firearm last October.
He has routinely packed up his brood and moved around on various whims over the years.
It could be a simple tweet like “ants in the pantry” or, more recently, a mold problem that’s causing her to abandon rental homes.
Photos of the interior of the online property listing showed a large section resembling the disassembled couch that was dumped outside.
In an Instagram post promoting a Valentine’s Day giveaway, Tori posed among the household items up for grabs on what appeared to be the floor of the new home.
Tori and Dean, who are now separated, share five children: Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, six.
Tori has staged photos that make it look like she’s had to live in a trailer or a seedy hotel.
But the truth is that she doesn’t really like to stay in one place for too long.
In his 2013 memoir, Spelling It Like It Is, he admits as much.
‘But as it persists, (the constant movement) begins to seem compulsive. Moving is expensive and I have put us in a precarious situation,” he wrote.
It used to be Dean who had to deal with the constant packing and unpacking of these moves.
Last October, DailyMail.com was the first to reveal that the 57-year-old Canadian actor had moved on with his new girlfriend, account manager Lily Calo, 34.
Our exclusive photos showed the couple at the welfare office in Los Angeles where Dean was registering for benefits.
While Tori continues to uproot her children every six or seven months, Dean is living his best life with his new love.
Dean McDermott has since moved on with his new girlfriend, account manager Lily Calo, after he and Tori announced their split in June 2023.
In October, DailyMail.com revealed that Dean had moved on with Lily Calo, 32, after they were photographed holding hands during a trip to the Department of Social Services in Chatsworth.
Calo posted a photo on her Instagram account of the two enjoying a romantic getaway poolside in Palm Springs, California.
It was recently revealed that both Tori and Dean owe around $400,000 to City National Bank for a loan they took out in 2012.
The McDermotts accrued a number of creditors over the course of their marriage, including the IRS ($707,487), California state taxes ($282,655), and American Express ($88,000 and $37,000).
She has routinely evaded paying her bills, and her mother Candy Spelling, 78, stepped in to pay for what she told TMZ in 2016 were her daughter’s “needs.”
Tori and her younger brother Randy, 45, were left with about $800,000 each when their father, television producer Aaron Spelling, died of complications from a stroke in 2006 at the age of 83.
Candy Spelling maintains control of her husband’s fortune, valued at about $600 million.
