A Georgia woman was hit by a high-speed train while posing for photos, but escaped unharmed

This is the moment a Georgia woman was hit by a speeding train while posing for photos – and somehow survived the collision.

Nini Lomidze said she miraculously escaped unharmed from the horrific incident on the railway tracks near Tbilisi.

The images show Lomidze, who was wearing a tight red dress, approaching the runway as she prepares to pose for a photo.

The train driver can be heard sounding the train’s horn to apparently warn the woman that she was standing too close as she stood by the tracks fixing her hair and straightening her clothes.

She struck a pose when the train was just a few feet away and within moments, the vehicle hit her upper body and knocked her brutally to the ground.

Two friends were heard screaming in shock as the woman flew away.

Commenting on his narrow escape, Lomidze said: ‘I’m fine and thank you for your messages, they were very touching.

-It was just an accident.

‘I didn’t know the track was in use and the trains were running again.

‘I didn’t really know that a high-speed train was coming.

“When I heard a noise and looked, he was nowhere to be found.

‘Suddenly, in a split second, I looked up and realized he was going to hit me.

“It’s not the driver’s fault or anyone else’s.”

This comes after a 29-year-old mother was killed in a Mexican town by an old steam train in June after standing too close to the tracks to take a selfie.

Dulce Alondra, who was accompanied by her young son, was run over by a locomotive known as The Empress.

In a chilling video, she can be seen telling the boy to stay low and away from the train.

But the single mother of one child, who was standing on a small hill, posing for a selfie, got too close and was decapitated.

Just before the woman is hit, a voice is heard warning people to stay away from the train.
