The teams with the highest total attendance during the 2023 NFL season have been revealed, and the Dallas Cowboys attracted more fans than any of their rivals.
Nearly 1.4 million fans headed to AT&T Stadium as Dallas again fell short in the quest for a sixth Super Bowl.
Instead, it was the Chiefs who triumphed in Las Vegas earlier this month and Kansas City had the eighth-highest attendance in the NFL last season, with 1,205,547 fans heading to Arrowhead.
However, there is no place for the 49ers in this top 10. Even though Kyle Shanahan led San Francisco to the Super Bowl, they failed to attract more than 1,190,939 fans.
That was the total number heading to SoFi Stadium to watch the Los Angeles Chargers in 2023, while the Seahawks drew a few thousand more to take ninth place in the rankings, which were compiled by NBC.

The New York Jets and New York Giants took second and third place, respectively, in the standings.
Sitting below the Cowboys in the top three are the two New York teams: the Jets (1,285,956) and the Giants (1,262,352).
This despite both teams enduring disappointing seasons that saw them miss the postseason. Following Aaron Rodgers’ injury on opening night, the Jets finished 7-10, while the Giants compiled a 6-11 record.
The Packers’ total attendance of 1,242,403 places Green Bay in fourth place, just ahead of the Rams, who attracted 40,000 more fans than their Los Angeles rivals.
The Denver Broncos (1,226,985) and the Philadelphia Eagles (1,223,743) complete the top 10.
Between them, the LA Rams and LA Chargers brought more than 2.4 million fans to SoFi Stadium.
