He appears to retrieve a gun and proceeds to attack the men gathered around his car.

The fight then moves away from the vehicle as the gunman forcefully punches other pedestrians.

Social media users reacted with surprise, with one commenting: “This is too much.” The streets are not safe. Total anarchy.’
