In an emotional post on Instagram, Prince Hussein shared a photo of him hugging Khaled, who became his “beloved” father-in-law after marrying Princess Rajwa last June.
‘It is with deep sadness and pain that we say goodbye to my beloved father-in-law. We will always remember his kindness, generosity and integrity. May God grant him mercy and grant us patience and strength,” the Prince wrote.

The Hashemite Royal Court has offered its condolences to King Abdullah II, Queen Rania, his son Prince Hussein, and his wife Princess Rajwa.
Crown Prince Hussein, 29, and high-profile architect Princess Rajwa, 29, married in June last year at the Zahran Palace in Amman.
Following a brief service, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania hosted a lavish reception at Al Husseiniya Palace, attended by more than 1,700 guests, including the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Khaled, who was 71, served as president and CEO of Al Saif Group.
Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Alseif and his wife Azza had four children: two sons, Faisal and Nayef, and two daughters, Dana and Rajwa.
Khaled graduated in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut and founded Al Seif Engineering Contracting, one of the most successful construction companies in Saudi Arabia.
His family is descended from the Subai tribe and have been sheikhs of Attar in Sudair, Najd, since the beginning of the reign of King Abdulaziz Al Saud in 1932.
Meanwhile, his wife Azza came from the Al-Sudairi family and is King Salman’s first cousin.
Khaled’s daughter and future queen of Jordan, Rajwa, was educated in Saudi Arabia before moving to the United States to attend college.
While living in New York, he studied Architecture at Syracuse University and earned his Bachelor of Arts.
During his undergraduate career, Rajwa flew to Dubai with his class to study the city’s sustainable development.
After graduating, she studied Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where reality television star Lauren Conrad and fashion designer Monique Lhuillier also studied.
