Australia has claimed another Olympic medal, with Jess Morrison and Annabelle McIntyre winning bronze in rowing.
Gold went to the Dutch pair of Ymkje Clevering and Veronique Meester, who dominated the race from the start.
But the Australians were narrowly outpaced at the finish line by the Romanians, who overtook Morrison and McIntyre in the closing stages.
The Australian pair won gold at the Tokyo Games but failed to repeat the feat in Paris.
