King Charles was seen leaving Clarence House followed by Queen Camilla after days of royal conspiracy theories.

Footage shows crowds of royal fans queuing to see the monarchs leave in their cars surrounded by security today. It is not known where the king was traveling.

A video shows Camilla smiling and waving to the public from the backseat of her car as she drives past the mall.

The King and Queen’s appearances follow days of growing conspiracy theories surrounding the royal family, after the Princess of Wales made a surprise visit to her favorite farm shop on Saturday.

Kate, who has stepped away from the spotlight as she recovers from abdominal surgery, was seen ‘happy, healthy and relaxed’ as she collected goods from the independent store just a mile from her Adelaide Cottage home this weekend.

But conspiracy theories are still proliferating online, with some suggesting the photo is not of the royal but rather that of a Kate Middleton lookalike.

Online speculation has been rife in recent weeks over the fate of the Princess of Wales as she continues to recover from her January surgery, with palace aides saying they would not comment on her recovery.

Kensington Palace has consistently said the Princess is “unlikely to return to public duties before Easter” – and earlier this month its aides condemned “social media madness” amid unsubstantiated theories continued to spread.

Meanwhile, King Charles has also taken a step back from his royal duties as he continues to receive treatment for cancer.

It had been hoped that the farm store video would put to rest concerns about Kate’s health and discredit the bizarre, baseless and hurtful conspiracy theories spread about her online.

A royal source told the Telegraph: “Finally everyone can calm down.”

However, theories continue to proliferate since the video was posted.

Among the speculations circulating by cruel trolls is that the princess has died, or is using a body double or even her sister Pippa as a replacement; Nasty provocateurs even suggested she was in a coma or rigged with AI.

The farm store video came just days after Kate admitted to altering her own Mother’s Day photo that was made public, sparking more speculation online about her whereabouts.

The Princess of Wales took responsibility for altering the photo, leading to it being removed by six news agencies within hours of its publication.
