Isabelle Graff, 24, was shocked when her dating plans fell through after she posted about them on TikTok.

A TikToker who boasted to her fans about having had a week full of first dates with potential lovers was stunned when her plans fell through.

New York City-based influencer Isabelle Graff, 24, revealed to her nearly 560,000 followers that she had “never been asked on more dates” than last weekend.

She said her calendar was marked with two dates for next week after her neighbor helped her check her Hinge profile and chat with hundreds of men.

“I guess there were like 2,000 low-key guys in my likes,” Graff explained in her “get ready with me” style TikTok. “I can’t believe it’s been so easy all this time.”

“I have therapy and appointments this week,” he added.

After her initial dating-themed TikTok, she asked her followers if it would be appropriate to invite her first dates to influencer PR events she had planned to attend across the city.

In another post, she detailed an elaborate plan to meet up with a boy she was texting. His idea included lying about having an event and waiting until the perfect moment to text her to come meet her.

Graff said: “I’m laughing at myself because this is so weird, thank God he doesn’t have TikTok.”

But in an ‘irritating’ update, the influencer revealed that her arrangements fell through because a potential date found out about her dating mini-series on TikTok.

After searching her out on social media and watching her brag about her upcoming dates, the anonymous love interest backed out.

He explained how after posting the video about what he anticipated their date would be like, he went to a bar and essentially stood up.

Graff texted her date and he didn’t respond for two hours, she told her viewers.

The furious woman said: ‘I guess he didn’t realize how deeply I do social media, because he had only followed me on Instagram.

“I guess he downloaded TikTok and had a bit of a look.”

He told her that she was a “private” person and that he didn’t like how open she was about her life, especially her love life, on social media.

Graff ranted: “I’m so irritated and honestly confused because I have so many friends who have aired so much shit on the Internet and I still have boyfriends and I go on dates and shit and we talk.” about it and it’s never a problem.

Graff said she was even ‘dumped’ because of her social media presence in the past. But she has no plans to change her habits for the sake of a date.

“It’s just not worth it to me and I feel like a man who is confident in himself and the way he treats women wouldn’t be so fucking weird about this.”

Graff's fans were quick to defend his actions, while others took issue with his outspokenness.

In his comments section, fans flocked to show their support for the disappointed TikToker.

One user wrote: ‘They feel intimidated by their success. Keep doing what you are passionate about! The right one will encourage you on your journey.’

“You never turn out the light for any man,” added another.

Another commenter shared some encouraging words: ‘Awwww, you’re so right. The right one won’t matter. Keep your head up and thank you for choosing us.’

But not everyone was as sympathetic to Graff’s perspective.

One person wrote: ‘I really don’t understand why she is so pressured by this. Some (most) people don’t want to be broadcast on the Internet and have their private life available.

“She probably also watched the video he made earlier that day about his weird date plan where he lied to her about being at an event when he was actually completely free and decided to text her at the last minute about where to meet up with.” her with her roommate present for part of the date.’

Others commented that Graff’s approach was “immature.”

“I swear he’s 24 and he’s 13.” one used wrote.

Another chimed in: “She’s basically angry because other people have preferences and boundaries.” Publishing the intimate details of your life is what’s unusual, not being more private.’

Someone even praised the guy who almost dated Graff for backing out: “This is actually really upsetting.” You made the right decision!’
