Wellness and beauty content creator Mia Challiner lives in London with her boyfriend and decided to showcase her aspirational day in the life on instagramprompting commentators to wonder if he had a “trust fund.”
The social media star began by cleaning her stylish, modern apartment by folding her laundry, before preparing breakfast for herself and her partner.
While making a cup of coffee in her Nespresso machine, Mia admitted that before living in the capital, she was “not a morning person” and would instead wake up around 11am.
“Since moving here, I’ve adopted a better sleep routine and schedule and my mornings now start around 8am,” she said, eating a slice of avocado toast.

Mia said she trains at the gym early in the morning and filmed herself deadlifting at the gym.
