A caravan manufacturing company has gone bankrupt due to debt of up to a million.
Victoria-based construction company Highline Caravans Pty Ltd went into voluntary liquidation on Tuesday owing $1.14 million to almost 60 creditors.
Highline Caravans owes $235,000 to the Australian Tax Office and $766,000 to 58 creditors, including the Victorian State Revenue Office.
The company has built custom caravans at a factory in Campbellfield, 13km north of Melbourne, and customers can choose from 13 different models.

Altan Djenab, from the insolvency company Wild Apricot, has been appointed liquidator.
He said the company could owe between $700,000 and $1 million.
“It seems to be due to a lack of orders, but I really have to go in and see what happened,” Mr Djenab told the Herald of the sun.
Employees are not owed any money and initial estimates value the company’s assets at just $10,000, according to the documents.
Other owed creditors include aluminum supplier Allytech Australia and caravan suppliers AZQwood and Samaria Australia.
More to come.
