Outcast AFL poster boy Bailey Smith has shared the grueling workout that helps give him the chiseled physique and ridiculous abs he has become known for.

The Western Bulldogs star, 23, is currently on holiday in Europe after his 2024 season was ruined by a shocking knee injury he suffered in December last year.

Smith has been working hard on rehab, frequently posting on social media snippets of the fitness exercises he’s doing to stay in shape.

On Tuesday, Smith posted a story of her workout routine on an assault bike (a low-impact, high-performance cardiovascular machine) that she recently completed while in Greece.

Combining the arm-pumping action of a cross-country ski machine with the power of cycling, the assault bike is a favorite of celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel and Jason Statham.

“No legs session,” he captioned the photo of himself in the gym after working out.
