Fitness influencer Ashy Bines has given her friends and fans an update on her health after recently revealing that she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.
The 35-year-old Queensland mother-of-two posted to her Instagram Story on Tuesday night, announcing her MRI results were clear and she has since returned home.
‘They said the aneurysm is unlikely to rupture or bleed at its current size, but I will return in 3 months to keep an eye on it. “I have lost a grandmother and an uncle to this, so it is something I will have to get checked regularly for the rest of my life,” he informed his followers.
“They said the stress had caused my vision loss and migraines, and that it slowed me down,” Bines added.
The 35-year-old shared that she will be reducing her work commitments and training regimen in the future.

‘They did a CT scan and found a small aneurysm. Pretty scary because her husband Steve had a huge one removed and I have this in my family too. She lost a young uncle and grandmother to an aneurysm.
