Kanye West’s second wife, Bianca Censori, is often seen wearing shockingly revealing clothing that seems designed to highlight her figure as much as possible.
The 29-year-old Australian architect and model was recently photographed wearing a sheer yellow bikini paired with a beige thong during a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara County, California.
The ensemble joins a growing list that also includes sheer ‘nude illusion’ tops and ‘micro bras’ that do little to conceal her assets.
Unsurprisingly, her extremely large breasts, which dominate her slim 5’3″ frame, have sparked comments and speculation as to whether she has undergone cosmetic breast enlargement.
Some have applauded her as a positive role model for championing natural, pendulous breasts.

A photo from the trip showed Bianca sitting next to Kanye, 46, wearing a sheer red bodysuit, sparking speculation she may have had a boob job.
But in a thread on Reddit, other fans claimed her breasts looked “very high” and “not saggy”, with another suggesting she has “big fake boobs” in pictures from a trip to Tokyo. in June 2023.
One photo showed Bianca sitting next to Kanye, 46, wearing a sheer red bodysuit, sparking speculation she may have had a boob job.
One Reddit user wrote: “Did Censori do surgery on the twins because they are BIGGER than usual?”
Another commented: “And so tall! Don’t they sink and are huge? Mmmmmmm.”
But even plastic surgeons are undecided about how Bianca has such large breasts for her petite frame, suggesting she may have had a fat transfer or a small implant to give her breasts a lift.
“She has relatively large breasts compared to her small frame,” said Dr Omar Tello, a London-based breast and body plastic surgeon. “She may have been blessed by nature, but she could have had an implant or a fat transfer.”
Fat transfer takes fatty tissue from other areas of the body, such as the thighs or stomach, and transfers it to the breasts in many small injections to give them volume.
The star paired the X-rated ensemble with nude, high-waisted “granny panties” style shorts and wraparound stilettos; photographed in February in Milan, Italy.
The Australian beauty wore a completely sheer top with no bra, exposing her nipples as she stepped out with West to see the new film Fly Me To The Moon; photographed in June in Paris.
Experts say the procedure can provide a smoother, more natural-looking and less obviously “done” result, compared to implants.
This can allow women to have a “discreet” increase that is difficult to distinguish from the real thing.
Dr. Tello suggests that Bianca may have had small breast implants, but adds that her breasts have a “natural sag.”
She said: “It’s possible that you had breast implants years ago and over time the weight of the implants caused some sagging. So that natural-looking sagging could be due to an old implant.”
But he admits that “there is no solid evidence.”
Patrick Mallucci, a world-renowned cosmetic breast surgery specialist, also agrees that Bianca’s physique is “unusual.”
She said: ‘Slim, petite women tend to have smaller busts, so Bianca’s large, pendulous breasts are unusual.
‘Typically, I would be more of a candidate for a breast reduction than anything else.
‘Often women find such large breasts annoying, but she is obviously celebrating her slightly saggier appearance, which is not a bad thing at all.’
Bianca, who has gained a reputation for her jaw-dropping looks, has been photographed in revealing outfits that make her appear topless, and often bottomless as well.
She was spotted in Paris in June wearing a revealing outfit that appeared to be made out of just duct tape.
The outfit was one of her most revealing to date and saw her wear bandage-style straps that only covered her nipples.
As a result of her “totally inappropriate” fashion choices, some Los Angeles restaurateurs earlier this month vowed to ban Bianca from their restaurants.
Photographs of the model when she was younger show she always had very large breasts and Mr Mallucci says “it would be a great surprise to have a patient like her who would like to have bigger breasts”.
He suggests her flaunting of her physique is part of a “broader trend” towards a slim but voluptuous figure with large breasts and butt but a slim waist and legs – Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s first wife, being perhaps the most famous example.
Bianca was spotted out in Paris in a revealing outfit made entirely out of duct tape. The outfit, one of Bianca’s most revealing to date, saw her wearing bandage-style straps that only covered her nipples as she stepped out with her stylist Gadir Rajab.
Mr Mallucci said: ‘Of course, not everyone has to have firm, perky breasts, and that is clearly what she is hoping to convey.
“Most women with big butts and big breasts have big bodies, so it’s very noticeable. Is it natural? It’s impossible to know for sure,” she added.
In 2011, Mr. Mallucci conducted the first scientific study to define the formula for perfectly proportioned breasts, based on showing photographs of breasts to hundreds of volunteers and asking them to rate their attractiveness.
The research has since been repeated, supporting its initial findings.
“We now know, thanks to scientific studies, what the golden ratio of the breast is,” said Mallucci.
‘Looking at it from the side, the 45/55 rule should be followed: 55 percent of the breast volume is in the lower pole, below the nipple line, and 45 percent in the upper pole, above the nipple.
“Ideally, the nipple should point slightly upward,” she added.
He said: ‘The lower pole will have a tight convex curve that meets the chest, and the upper pole will form a straight line or a slightly concave curve toward the chest.’
Bianca, who has gained a reputation for her stunning looks, has been photographed in revealing outfits that practically leave her breasts exposed. She recently donned a completely sheer top that left her nipples exposed while enjoying a date at the cinema in Los Angeles.
Mr Mallucci also speculates that Bianca may have had an implant, but admits that “it’s impossible to be sure”.
She explained that plastic surgeons tend to avoid placing implants in women who already have large breasts because there is a risk of what is called “cascading deformity.”
Mr Mallucci added: ‘When the implant remains high on the breast and the rest of the breast hangs below, the implant is visible.
‘It is sometimes called a ‘Snoopy’ deformity because from the side the chest somewhat resembles the cartoon character Snoopy.’
He explains that if a woman with large breasts came to him looking for a natural-looking augmentation, he would offer her a fat transfer, adding that this was “possibly” a procedure Bianca had undergone.
Plastic surgeons tend to avoid placing implants in women who already have large breasts because there is a risk of what is called a “cascade deformity,” also called a “peeping tom” deformity.
“The fat tissue grafted into the breast behaves like any other fatty tissue: if a woman gains weight, it will expand and this means that the size of the breasts will fluctuate,” he explained.
“This may be why Bianca appears to have larger breasts at different times, but it’s hard to tell as the appearance will change depending on the top a woman wears, and breasts change shape for hormonal reasons throughout the month.”
Breasts may naturally change shape during a woman’s menstrual cycle due to hormonal fluctuations. They may swell slightly and have some texture changes.
Weight changes can also affect the size and shape of a woman’s breasts.
