‘Fans have noticed that Grant is sitting in a chair during his games. This is something we always offer to contestants,” he shared.
And he added: ‘We don’t ask why. It’s not our business.
‘If you want a chair, we’ll give it to you… There you have it!’
Grant was sitting in a black swivel chair that was adjusted to the same height as the others, allowing him to see over the podium.

“They give it to you if you ask. I have some arthritis in my back which makes staying still for that long very difficult,” he explained in a comment on the discussion thread.

The grocery store employee, originally from Prescott, Arizona, told host Ken Jennings that he was involved in a traffic accident at the exact moment he received a text message confirming the news.
“I got off work, got in the car, pulled out my phone, and I was sinking,” he recalled on Wednesday night’s show. “I’m on the verge of tears looking at him, and they hit me and I ran away…”
Ken, stunned, asked: ‘Did a car hit you while you were receiving the text?’
‘There were people who came up to me afterwards (saying), “Are you aware that your car has just been hit?” and I said ‘no’ holding my phone and looking at the message.”
Ken then asked him if he was okay.
“The car needs some work, but I’m certainly fine, thank you,” Grant said.
In early May it was announced that Jeopardy! The spin-off is coming to Amazon Prime and will give those obsessed with the web the opportunity to test their knowledge.
