Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is enjoying some time off as he prepares for another NFL season.

Prescott was spotted at a private airport in Mexico with his family while enjoying his vacation in Cabo.

He was seen without a walking boot after reportedly injuring his ankle.

Just a few days ago he was seen walking around with some protective footwear, but these recent photos seem to prove that it is no longer necessary.

It’s been a long offseason for Prescott, who recently saw a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him dismissed.

According to online court records, Judge Angela Tucker of Colin County, Texas, dismissed the lawsuit late last month.

The judge has also set a hearing for September 13 of this year to determine whether further sanctions should be imposed against Prescott’s accuser, Victoria Shores, and her legal team.

Prescott’s attorney, Levi McCathern, released a statement following the decision.

“Despite the tireless efforts of Ms. Shores and her legal team to extort and damage Dak’s reputation,” McCathern said, “justice has consistently prevailed and will continue to do so.”

‘The original lies by Ms. Shores, her team, and her recent failed attempt to sue him civilly are just a continuation of their extortion scheme against Dak.

‘These ploys distract from the trauma of legitimate survivors of sexual assault and undermine the progress our society has made in supporting them.

“We are proud that Dak is standing up against this injustice and are grateful that Judge Tucker agrees.”
