A woman was allegedly stabbed by a man at a popular gym as police prepared the crime scene.
The horrific incident occurred at Crunch Fitness in Alexandria, in Sydney’s south, about 12.30pm on Wednesday.

Emergency services attended the scene after it was learned that the 39-year-old woman had allegedly been stabbed.
NSW officers were told the victim knows a man in his 40s who allegedly stabbed the woman.
Daily Mail Australia understands the woman had stab wounds to her head, neck and back.
Witnesses saw a man attack a woman in a parking lot, after which he fled in a small vehicle.
The woman then ran back to the gym to get help for her injuries.
