Andrew Tate has boasted about the apparent return of $40 million in assets after claiming a “lack of evidence” allowed him to recover his “supercars,” “gold bars” and $3 million in cash.

The controversial influencer’s possessions were confiscated after he was arrested in Romania in August on new allegations of trafficking and sex with a minor.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 36, are being investigated over allegations that a 17-year-old girl was trafficked to Britain and forced to “perform sexual acts to produce pornographic material.”

Romanian officers also claimed that, since December 2020, an accused had “sexual relations” with a 15-year-old boy.

The decision to return Tate’s assets was reportedly made in a court ruling after his possessions were confiscated by Romania’s Directorate of Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) on August 1.
