A Queensland farmer accused of rape allegedly walked around his house naked, forced a British backpacker to perform a sex act after a night of drinking and told her to ‘suck my dick, whore.’
Wayne Robert Green, of Mondure, 283 kilometers northwest of Brisbane, is charged with one count of rape, one count of assault and inciting a sexual act by intimidation, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
He testified behind closed doors on Wednesday morning on the second day of his trial at Kingaroy District Court.
On Tuesday, on the first day of what is expected to be a three-day trial, the court heard that Green allegedly assaulted and raped the woman while she was working on his farm.
Crown prosecutor Christa Nicola said the woman moved to Australia from the UK, the South Burnett Times reported.

“She dreamed of coming to Australia on a work visa and living the Australian experience,” Ms Nicola said. “This became something very different.”
In order to extend her visa and stay in Australia for another year, the young woman had to complete 88 days of agricultural work.
Green had posted an online ad on Gumtree to which the woman responded and began working for him.
One night, after returning from a local bar with Green, he allegedly told her to “take off her clothes”, the court heard.
“She didn’t want to, he was bigger than her and dominant,” the Crown prosecutor said.
Green allegedly told the woman he would “pay her” for oral sex or a “handjob” and that “she could keep her job.”
Nicola said she was worried he would rape her if she didn’t comply.
The alleged victim was drunk and Green was naked during the conversation, the court heard.
The farmer led the woman by the hand to another room.
“She felt like she had no choice. “He laid her on the sofa, she was naked, he was naked, he was touching himself… at some point she had her penis in her mouth,” Mrs Nicola said.
Green allegedly said ‘suck my c***, whore.’
In another incident, Green allegedly touched the woman’s breasts without her consent while she was in a truck with Green and a farm worker.
But the other man told the court he did not see Green touch her breasts during the trip.
“There was a time when we were all drunk and she was showing off cars with her breasts,” the witness said. “He was flirting with her, he could have touched her breasts.”
He also said he may have “sucked her breast” during the trip, that he was friends with the woman and slept with her a couple of times.
The man said the backpacker had talked to him about having oral sex with Green, but “he didn’t really ask any questions about it.”
However, three other witnesses told the court that the British woman told them Green had sexually assaulted her, with one of them saying “it was the worst moment of her life.”
Two witnesses said the alleged victim said Green had a “no doors policy” at the house, walked around naked and sometimes went to the bathroom while showering.
Green, from Mondure (map pictured), is charged with one count of rape, one count of assault and procuring a sexual act by intimidation, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
This made her feel uncomfortable and She was afraid to be there alone with him, a witness said.
The woman allegedly told one of the witnesses that “he made me suck his dick.”
The court was told Green threatened to fire the backpacker if he did not perform oral sex on him.
The trial continues.
