Billie Eilish fans have been warned to watch out for scammers after tickets for her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour in Australia went on sale.
Sold-out tickets for the American superstar’s 2025 tour were released last week, but cybercriminals are already listing “fake” tickets for resale.
NordVPN cybersecurity expert Adrianus Warmenhoven said scammers are trying to trick fans into losing money on cheap “resale” tickets after their shows in Brisbane and Sydney sold out.
“People tend to let their guard down when they feel that the safe option is too expensive or they have missed the opportunity to buy tickets to their favorite artist’s show from an official seller,” he said.
“They expose themselves to greedy scammers who are waiting for someone to make a mistake, give away their details or transfer money into malicious hands.”

In Australia, the cheapest D reservation tickets start from $129.90, which is about $40 more than the cost of similar seats at Taylor Swift’s recent Australian concerts.
Regular GA standing tickets sell for $199.90, while tickets with standby seats in Aisle A are a whopping $269.90.

The Australian leg of Eilish’s tour will see the singer perform 12 arena concerts on the country’s east coast in early 2025.
